CLIENT WEDDING FLOWER IMAGES
Abbey Meadow Flowers may use images of the wedding flowers (provided by the client’s photographer or taken by Abbey Meadow Flowers) on the Website. We will at your request, not feature any images of you and your guests if this is your preference.
CLIENT DATA HELD ON FILE
We take care over the processes around looking after personal data collected from you and stored on our physical systems. Abbey Meadow Flowers holds the following personal data of clients following a wedding consultation.

2. Email address/ Address
3. Phone number
This data is used only to respond to your enquiry for us to provide wedding flowers services, and is accessed through one workstation, which is heavily password protected.
If you decide to book the wedding flowers services of Corky and Prince, these details are held within soft copy and sometimes hard copy client documents. Soft copy documents are safely stored within password protected hardware and backed up to an encrypted external hard drive. Hard copy versions are used on the day of the event and destroyed upon completion of the delivery/set up.
SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY & USAGE
We adopt a safe and responsible Social Media Policy. While we may have official profiles on social media platforms, users are advised to verify the authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media.
DISPLAY OF IMAGES
We may display any photographs to promote Abbey Meadow Flowers via website and blog, on social media, on wedding blogs, on wedding photography related websites, in advertising, brochures, magazine articles and other such marketing material, providing that the images used are used lawfully and without damage to Abbey Meadow Flowers client(s).
